1) Regional Analyst Job Description

Scope of Work:

Develop and preparation of business plan and reports for businesses
Undertake market n industry research in Asia, Middle East, US and Europe
Assist in performing valuation of company using DCF approach
Develop excel spreadsheet models to perform various risk analysis
Develop management questionnaire and obtain clients’ strategic inputs
Liaise and follow up independently with clients to review the inputs provided by them

Requirements:

Diploma in accountancy from recognised polytechnic in singapore. Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
Ability to work under stressful conditions
Highly analytical and meticulous
Ability to multi task yet organised

2) Centre Executive (reports to Team Leader and HQ)

Job description:

Provide general assistance and information on products and services offered by the Centre With assistance from HQ, identify potential franchisee and licensee leads in the local market Arrange and coordinate meetings with interested parties: channel partners to franchisees Consolidate and summarise local business news and update regional team Provide support in analysing basic trends and developments in the marketplace to identify opportunities, leads and risks Basic translation of materials for local parties where necessary.

Requirements:

<2 years' of working experience
Effectively Bilingual: Native language + English (written and spoken) Basic degree in recognised local institution in business administration and/or marketing Good interpersonal skills Multitasker, highly-organised and meticulous.

Job description:

More than 3 years of experience
Effectively Bilingual: Native language + English (written and spoken) Basic degree in recognised local institution in business administration and/or marketing Good interpersonal skills Multitasker, highly-organised and meticulous.
