Professional
Experience: Mr Nazri has more than 12 years' of
entrepreneurial and professional experience,
including credit research and fund management
experience with Fortune 500 companies and MNCs. An
entrepreneur since 18, he has spawned multiple
profitable businesses and helped hundred of other
businesses since then; whilst building his financial
knowledge base in the corporate finance and fund
management world. |

Nazri is presently the Group Managing Director
for the Centre(s) of Excellence in Financial
Management in 10 countries, 20 cities. Nazri
oversees the financial management solutions for
established organizations in all major industry
sectors. To-date, he has successfully served
more than 500 enterprises in corporate and
financial management strategies, including 30
social enterprises. Nazri also heads the
Knowlege Management and Technology Unit in
Vector, and functioning as its chief architect
for the Centre’s artificial intelligence
financial systems for the region. |

Nazri is a
frequently-sought-after international speaker in
Asia, and has delivered numerous talks to more
than 10 countries involving senior personnel
from large corporations, financial institutions
and Commonwealth nations on the latest financial
management strategies, issues and trends
affecting businesses, policy makers and
financial institutions. His insightful,
out-of-the-box and notably, rapid approach of
diagnosing issues and prescribing solutions in
complex situations, have been consistently rated
highly by more than 1,000 senior business people
that he empowered across Asia including the
Middle East. His humility, sincerity and passion
for helping businesses grow are easily visible
to and felt by others who engage him in the
first instance and thereafter. |

Prior to heading
the worldwide financial management centres,
Nazri was the Associate Director-Financial
Institutions of Fitch, an international ratings
agency, where he was primarily responsible for
the research coverage and ratings of more than
30 Asian banks. Nazri also previously held
regional positions in the areas of investment
research and fund management in Citibank and
Prudential Asset Management. Throughout these
periods, he successfully managed a portfolio of
investments worth around US$300m and research
coverage of more than US$5bn, across than 100
companies (high yield / investment grade) in
Asia, consistently outperforming local and
regional indices year-on-year. |

Education:
Nazri holds an MBA from the University of
Western Australia, an accountancy degree from
the University of Queensland, Australia and a
Diploma in Accountancy from Ngee Ann
Polytechnic, Singapore. He is also part of a
panel of national experts from IFC/Worldbank as
well as Asian Development Bank for providing
risk management consultancy work to government
agencies,financial institutions and SMEs in the
region. |
