Professional Experience: Grace has extensive experience of more than 20 years in the areas of corporate strategy advisory, market studies, international financial management, enterprise and institutional capacity building, export development and international marketing for business enterprises, and government agencies.

 
She is presently the EVP of VSAPAC Group and leads the strategies behind various economic development projects and international tenders participated by the Group. As part of this role, Grace is also actively involved in assisting Singapore companies seek overseas business opportunities in Asia. Through her good working relationships with various international development agencies, she formulates training programmes to train foreign delegates on international trade and export promotion. Besides leading trade and investment missions to ASEAN countries, Pakistan, Japan, Germany and China, her responsibilities include providing insights on market advisory and business matchmaking facilitation for Singapore enterprises with overseas delegates and enterprises.
 
Highlights of her illustrious career include her role as a Vice President of International Trade Institute of Singapore (a wholly-owned subsidiary of International Enterprise Singapore Holdings. Her achievements included institutionalising cooperation relationships with overseas HRD organisations, centers of excellence and renowned universities to build international linkages to facilitate and promote free flow of skilled human resources. Grace was also instrumental in helping the then TDB (now IE Singapore) develop and conceptualize an integrated information e-portal to provide relevant and up-to-date investment and trade information to local business communities.
 
Previous to the VSAPAC stint, Grace was the CEO of Singapore Shipper’s Academy (SA), an enterprise of Singapore National Shippers’ Council and has been instrumental in the establishment of this newly formed training institute; funded under the LEAD (Local Enterprise Assistance Development Fund) programme by IE Singapore and SPRING Singapore.
 
 
Educational: Grace is the holder of an MBA degree from University of Southern Queensland and a business administration degree from the National University of Singapore.
