The employees can only provide quality output if their employer sufficiently utilizes and develops their capacities in the positions to which they’ve been hired. The Human Resource Development Centre specializes in Human Resource Management (HRM) and the framework for understanding the HRM function and the contribution it can make to achieving organisational goals. We teach strategic approaches in employment policies, legal and environmental regulations, interviewing and hiring, rewards and recognition, pay and benefits. Also, we cover people-oriented issues such as diversity, job assessment, health and safety, ethics, communications, productivity and innovation, and motivation. |
