phase, the plan is to appoint a
franchisee/licensee with a convertible option
for national master franchise/licensing
arrangement upon the attainment of jointly-set
goals. Subsequently, the execution of the
programmes and modules could either be through a
Joint Venture (JV) holdings company based in the
local market with multiple functional
subsidiaries or via a national and state master
franchise/licensee concept that focuses
primarily on the distribution of Vector
services. |

| The synergistic
value is significant – we estimate that
leveraging upon your clientele base and
distribution network alone is estimated to
additionally generate at least 10% topline and
20% Earnings before Interest & Taxes (EBIT)
incremental growth to your Group. |
